Things are getting desperate for Republicans in the House of Representatives as they now try to investigate Biden on issues like the origins of COVID.
Politico reported:
Their impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden is going nowhere. And now Republicans in the House of Representatives are setting their sights on a wide range of new oversight targets, hoping they can help them stumble the president in the middle of an election year.
The search for a new line of attack has become fragmented, including what Republicans say is the administration’s inability to aggressively combat the Chinese Communist Party; the origins of Covid-19; tackling the export of liquefied natural gas and the strategic oil reserve; and whether the administration bypassed the Senate confirmation process by appointing John Podesta as the new climate envoy.

There is one problem with Biden investigating the origins of COVID. The COVID pandemic started when Donald Trump was president.
It appears that Republicans in the House of Representatives will try to rewrite history and blame President Biden for the origins of COVID when Biden was not yet president. For years, members of Congress like Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) have claimed that there is a conspiracy to cover up the origins of COVID.
Look for Republicans in the House of Representatives to go even deeper down the COVID rabbit hole to both try to hurt Biden and take away support from anti-vaxxer/conspiracy theorist and independent presidential candidate RFK Jr.
The majority in the House of Representatives is running out of time. They thought they could accuse Biden of crimes made up out of thin air, and when that didn’t work they had no backup plan, so they spent the next few months looking for Republicans in the House of Representatives who would throw any conspiracy against the wall and I hope something sticks before the November elections.
