The conclusion was drawn based on the number of passengers, average on-time flights, parking fees, drop-off fees and the number of restaurants and shops. cabincrewhq.com rated major airports worldwide against six different criteria, assigning a score out of 100 for each criterion. These individual scores were then combined and weighted to generate a final score out of 100. The data comes from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and The Official Aviation Guide of the Airways (OAG).
The research provides a clear picture of how airports worldwide perform in terms of passenger experience and what they offer to travelers.
